  • Placing your order
    We begin making your leather jacket as soon as your order has been processed. All jackets you see on our website are available in all sizes.
  • Selecting your size
    Bombay leather jackets are slim fit and tailored but also give you room to move so are not tight and restrictive. Do your best to order the correct size but don’t worry, we will contact you via email after you have placed your order to take your measurements to make sure.
  • The process
    Step One - You will receive an ‘Order Received’ email as soon as you have placed your order. This will include information about the jacket you have ordered along with your shipping/billing details. Step Two - We will then email you requesting sizing information. Please reply to this email as soon as possible so your order is not delayed. Step Three - Once we have your size information you will receive an ‘Order Processed’ email. Your leather jacket is now being made and you will receive it within fourteen business days. Step Four - Once your jacket is made, you will receive an email with DHL Express tracking information.
  • Shipping Policy
    All Bombay Leather Jackets are made at the time we have received your measurements and will take around 14 business days to arrive to you. During this time, our craftspeople in our shop in Mumbai will be busy making you a beautiful leather jacket which will last you for many years. Your patience during this time is greatly appreciated. On rare occasions, we may be waiting on leather from the tannery in which case you will be notified of any delays. ​ Please trust we are taking care of your order but if you wish to contact us regarding the status of your order, please do so and we will update you We do our best to make the jacket and post it as efficiently as possible but on rare occasions there may be a customs delay for international orders. ​ Delivery cost of our leather jackets is $20. Other countries vary, you will see the cost during checkout.
  • Return & Exchange Policy
    If for any reason you need to return your leather jacket for a refund or replacement, please follow the simple, hassle free procedure below. If you are unsure about your product, you can call or email us first and we would be happy to help resolve your issue. ​ You have the right to return any jacket within 14 days after delivery if the jacket meets the below criteria; We only offer a refund or exchange if the item is in brand new re-sellable condition with hang tag still attached. Any item in worn condition or with hang tag removed will not be considered for a refund or exchange. ​ Please package your return with care; zip/button the jacket and fold it and return in proper sized packaging. Not doing so may affect the re-sellable condition and the jacket may be returned to you. ​ If you require a refund: You will be credited the price of the jacket within 7 days from the date we receive the returned jacket.
